Hand guided tractors have the advantages of light weight, compact size, flexible operation, and strong adaptability. When equipped with different agricultural machinery, they can perform various field operations such as plowing, rotary tillage, leveling, and soil crushing. When paired with trailers, they can also be used for short distance transportation. When working in the field, accidents are generally less likely to occur due to slow vehicle speeds. However, when engaging in road transportation, special attention should be paid to steering and connection issues.
Pay attention to the issue of turning. Firstly, try not to turn when starting; Secondly, when driving on a flat or uphill road and needing to turn to a certain side, grip the steering handle on that side tightly, and the steering clutch on that side will disengage, cutting off the driving force on that side. The speed of the wheel on that side will be lower than the speed of the wheel on the other side, and the tractor can achieve smooth turning; The third issue is the steering problem when going downhill. When it is necessary to turn to one side, the steering handle on the other side should be tightly held, which is called "reverse steering"; Fourthly, the situation when reducing the throttle is similar to that when going downhill, and turning should be avoided as much as possible.
Pay attention to the connection issue and regularly check whether the connection is firm and reliable during the use of the vehicle. In the process of road transportation, if the connection is not firm or if there are weld cracks in the connection pin sleeve, it should be promptly avoided to prevent the connection pin from falling off or the connection pin sleeve from breaking, causing the separation of the front of the car and the body.
According to Article 13 of the "Regulations on the Responsibility for Repair, Replacement, and Return of Agricultural Machinery Products", any mechanical failure caused by personal reasons cannot be covered by the three guarantees. Therefore, machine operators should pay attention to the following four points:
1、 Carefully read the mechanical user manual, master the structure and performance, avoid swallowing things hastily, be arrogant, and cannot act as a "jack of all trades".
2、 When operating machinery, follow the operating procedures, pay attention to maintenance methods, and avoid being careless and reckless.
3、 The functions of agricultural machinery are limited, and there are regulations on the loading speed. It is important to avoid "small horses pulling large trucks" and being greedy for small things at the expense of big ones.
4、 Never operate faulty machinery. Once a problem is found with the machinery, stop operation immediately and perform maintenance and upkeep in a timely manner.
