Mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of metal materials such as tension, compression, and bending. With the addition of simple accessories, it can be used to test cement, concrete, bricks, tiles, rubber, and their products.
It consists of a double column double screw oil cylinder bottom mounted main unit and a piano type oil source control cabinet. The stretching space is located above the host, and the compression and bending tests are located below the host, between the middle crossbeam and the workbench. The adjustment of the experimental space is achieved by moving the middle crossbeam, and the lifting of the middle crossbeam is driven by a chain. Manually adjust the oil inlet volume of the oil delivery valve to achieve material stretching, compression, bending and other tests. After the experiment is completed, automatically calculate the maximum force, tensile strength, and other test results of the material.
Performance characteristics:
1. The specially designed ultra thick jaw seat fully accommodates the jaw inside the jaw seat when clamping the sample, making the sample clamping more reliable and eliminating the possibility of trumpet shaped deformation and damage due to shallow jaw seat, greatly improving the service life of the equipment.
2. A wear-resistant lining plate has been added between the jaw seat and the jaw clamping plate to prevent the phenomenon of oxide scale falling in during metal stretching, which may cause scratches on the inclined surface of the jaw seat, making the clamping process smoother and the addition more reliable.
3. The measurement and control system has fast running speed, gentle interface, and multiple sample information input modes, which can meet the testing needs of different materials. For samples with the same conditions, multiple inputs are automatically generated at once.
4. Display the entire resolution unchanged to ensure the accuracy of experimental data measurement.
5. The test data (test force, loading rate) and test curve are dynamically displayed in real-time on the screen during the test process.
6. After the experiment, the experimental data will be automatically analyzed, stored, and printed.
7. When the load exceeds 2% -100% of the slow range, automatic overload protection shutdown occurs.
8. The decomposition test date can automatically query relevant historical records.
