Microscopic examination tasks often require a long time to adjust microscope settings, acquire images, and perform necessary measurements to obtain satisfactory reports. Users sometimes need to invest time and money to complete microscope training, or only learn a small part of the full functions of the microscope before starting work.

The BX53M simplifies complex microscopic examination tasks through its excellent design and convenient control functions. Users do not need long training to master most of the functions of the microscope. The convenient and comfortable operation of BX53M also improves the reproducibility of images, greatly reducing human errors.

2.1 Encoding Hardware: It is easy to restore microscope settings

The BX53M adopts a new encoding function that integrates the hardware settings of the microscope with the Olympus Stream image analysis software. The observation method, illumination intensity, and objective position are all recorded in the software and/or manual controller. The encoding function enables the microscope settings to be automatically saved with each image, making it easier to restore settings and provide document records for reports. Not only does it save the operator's time, but it also greatly reduces the probability of using incorrect settings. The current observation settings are always clearly displayed on the manual controller and software.

2.2 Intelligent Light Intensity Management: * * Zhi Lighting

During initial installation, the lighting intensity can be adjusted to match the specific hardware configuration of the encoder illumination and/or encoder objective converter.

2.3 Convenient and user-friendly operation

Humanization is crucial for all users. Both single machine microscope users and microscope system users with integrated Olympus Stream image analysis software can benefit from a user-friendly manual controller that can clearly display the location of microscope encoded hardware. Simple manual switch allows users to focus their time on the sample itself and the required inspections to be carried out.

The MIX combination observation technology of BX53M combines bright field and dark field illumination methods. It is very useful for highlighting defects and distinguishing between raised and depressed surfaces.

Now, simply moving the XY knob on the manual stage allows for convenient and quick image stitching, eliminating the need for an electric stage.

The Olympus Stream software uses pattern recognition technology to generate panoramic images, providing users with a wider field of view than a single image.

3.3 Easy Implementation of Ultra Depth of Field Image (EFI) Questions

The depth of field extended imaging (EFI) function of Olympus Stream software can capture sample images with a height exceeding the depth of focus of the objective lens, and overlay them together to create * * super depth of field images. EFI can be performed using manual or electric Z-axis mechanisms, and * * height maps can be created to easily identify structures. You can also create EFI images offline using Stream desktop version.
