The TYT-200T bottle cap hot stamping machine is a fully automatic hot stamping equipment designed for top hot stamping of wine bottle caps, cosmetic bottle caps, and other products. It can be used for hot stamping the top of whole bottle caps or caps.

Product Description:

(1) TYT-200T fully automatic bottle cap hot stamping machine with fully automatic feeding, including hopper, elevator conveyor belt, material tray, feeding track, vacuum manipulator, fully equipped, making it convenient and easy for users to use;
(2) This machine has a 4-station indexing disc with high precision and good repeatability positioning accuracy. It uses Japanese dividers and Italian gearboxes to ensure mechanical linkage, stable transmission, and convenient debugging;
(3) The rotating part of this machine adopts a stepper motor, which can automatically roll the film. It can use up to 500 meters of hot stamping paper to improve efficiency and save time;
(4) The control system of the entire production line consists of an advanced modular programmable logic controller (PLC) and a Japanese PROFACE touch screen. The height of the hot stamping head can be adjusted, and the hot stamping pressure can also be adjusted. The operation is simple and fast;
(5) Machine safety surround, capable of automatic feeding, achieving maximum benefits with minimal investment, and complying with European safety standards.
