The constant temperature adhesive tape holding force testing machine is designed and manufactured in accordance with GB 4851 (Test Method for Adhesive Tape Holding and Adhesion), JIS Z0237 Test Method for Adhesive Tape and Adhesive Thin Plate, ASTM D3654 Test Method for Shear Adhesive of Adhesive Tape, and Test Method for Adhesive Adhesion of Adhesive Paste. It is suitable for holding and adhesion testing of adhesive tapes, stickers, adhesives, hot melt adhesives, and other products.
Testing principle of constant temperature tape holding force testing machine:
Hang the test board with adhesive samples vertically on the test stand, and hang a weight of the specified weight at the lower end. Use the displacement of the adhesive sample after a certain period of time, or the time it takes for the sample to completely detach, to characterize the ability of the adhesive sample to resist pulling off.

Operation method of constant temperature tape holding force testing machine:
1. After removing 3-5 circles of adhesive tape from the outermost layer of the test paper, loosen the sample roll at a rate of about 300 mm/min (the isolation layer of the sheet-like sample is also removed at the same rate), and cut a sample with a width of 25 mm and a length of about 100 mm in the middle of the adhesive tape every 200mm or so. Unless otherwise specified, the number of samples in each group shall not be less than three;
2. Use wiping material dipped in cleaning agent to scrub the test plate and loading plate, and then carefully dry them with clean gauze. Repeat this process three times. Above, until the working surface of the board is visually inspected and reaches cleanliness. After cleaning, do not touch the working surface of the board with hands or other objects;
3.Under the conditions of a temperature of 23 ° C ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 65% ± 5%, according to the dimensions specified in Figure 2, the specimen is pasted parallel to the longitudinal direction of the plate in the middle of the adjacent test plate and loading plate. Roll the sample with a pressure roller at a speed of approximately 300 mm/min. When rolling, only the force generated by the mass of the roller should be applied to the sample. The number of rolling times can be determined according to the toolThe condition of the product shall be specified, and if there is no regulation, it shall be rolled back and forth three times;
4. Sample on board After pasting, it should be placed for 20 minutes at a temperature of 23 ° C ± 2 ° C and a relative humidity of 65% ± 5%. Then fix the test plate vertically on the test stand of the instrument, and gently connect the loading plate and the weight with a pin.
5. Place the instrument horizontally, turn on the power switch, heating switch, and fan switch in sequence, and press the timer Clear the time to zero for the raised area on the top. The instrument automatically starts up according to the pre-set temperature until the temperature inside the test chamber stabilizes at the set value;
6. After reaching the designated time, remove the heavy object. Measure the displacement of the sample sliding downwards with a graduated magnifying glass, accurate to 0.1mm; Or record the sample from the test plate The time when it falls off. If the time is greater than or equal to 1 hour, it is measured in minutes, and if it is less than 1 hour, it is measured in seconds.
