Our factory produces a production line for Ø 20- Ø 63 PP-R aluminum coated HDPE pipes, which has a reasonable overall machine, easy operation, and high degree of automation. This production line can produce composite pipes with specifications ranging from 20 to 63.
■ Extruder: Equipped with a branded speed control system, a barrier type two pole mixing PP-R screw, and a slotted barrel.
■ Calibration part: Adopting vacuum negative pressure shaping and circulating water cooling, made of stainless steel plate.
■ Traction part: Using pneumatic clamping and brand variable frequency speed regulation, it can achieve stable traction of pipes.
Forming part: It has forming and composite processes, and the pipes are reasonably combined together.
■ Automation control: Adopting Mitsubishi PLC programmable computer control from Japan, it can achieve program control of extrusion, traction, composite forming, and cutting, and the entire production line (PLD) is closed-loop
