Use installation:
Installation location:
1. Installed in the position with the least vibration on the system.
2. Production calibration is carried out at room temperature, and it is best to install it in an environment close to room temperature.
3. In systems with high humidity, condensation of water vapor may occur. When installing, attention should be paid to the downward direction of the hose connection pipe.
◇ Pressure connection and wiring:
1. Two plastic pipes (P1 and P2) with an outer diameter of 6.0 mm.
2. P1 connects to the high voltage end (marked as "+") and P2 connects to the low voltage end (marked as "-")
Attention: To avoid electric shock or damage to the equipment, make sure the power switch is turned off when removing the cover.
Connect the pressure source of the measured point to the measuring hole of the body using a plastic pressure tube, and connect the control wire according to the wiring diagram.
Positive pressure measurement: Use a plastic conduit to connect the measured pressure to the pressure hole P+on the positive pressure side of the body, and the pressure hole P - on the negative pressure side, which can be vented to the atmosphere.
Negative pressure measurement: Use a plastic conduit to connect the measured pressure to the negative pressure side pressure hole P - of the body, and the positive pressure side pressure hole P+is open to the atmosphere.
Differential pressure measurement: Use a plastic conduit to connect the end with high measured pressure to the positive pressure side pressure tapping hole P+of the meter body, and connect the end with low measured pressure to the negative pressure side pressure tapping hole P - of the meter body.
