PZ73H, PZ73F, PZ73Y manual knife type gate valve: manually driven, clamped connection, rising stem parallel rigid single gate valve, valve seat sealing surface made of hard alloy and polytetrafluoroethylene, nominal pressure PN10~16, valve body material made of carbon steel (PZ73H-10C/16C), stainless steel (PZ73F-10P/16P PZ73Y-10P/16P), with slag discharge function.
Adopting a fully circular channel design, polytetrafluoroethylene and scraper are installed on the upper end of the blade, and a wear-resistant flanged cone made of polyethylene or Ni containing wear-resistant cast iron is installed at the inlet end of the blade gate valve. Multiple flushing ports can be set around the valve body. The bottom of the blade is processed into a cutting edge with high smoothness, ensuring good sealing. Widely meet the usage requirements and working conditions of papermaking, pulp industry, industrial and urban sewage treatment, chemical plants, fly ash treatment, bulk material transportation, food and beverage industry under harsh environmental conditions.
