structural design

  • The triangular wall structure ensures stability.
  • The internal chamber is composed of curved 304 stainless steel plates, which can be upgraded to 316 stainless steel plates.
  • Use hinges to suspend the door frame support system.
  • The cabinet lighting is pre powered. The lighting equipment is electronically loaded, energy-saving, and can be started instantly. Under environmental conditions of 0 ℃, the standard illuminance of the working surface is greater than 1076Lux.

  • The integrated airflow channels on both sides of the fume hood enhance pollution control capabilities, especially when personnel are moving quickly in front of the cabinet.
  • Limit the movement of the front window beyond 457 millimeters (18 inches) to ensure that users operate in a safe position.
  • When the front window rises to 457 millimeters (18 inches), it will automatically slowly fall back to a safe height (ESCO anti front window frame sliding mechanism), unless the front window is fixed at a certain height with a key. The front window can be temporarily in the fully open position for the installation of equipment and devices inside the fume hood, while the front window is at a safe height when using the fume hood for routine operations.
  • The sliding of the door frame can only be prevented with a key, and laboratory administrators or security personnel can restrict the operation of opening the door frame beyond 457 millimeters (18 inches).
  • The laboratory administrator can restrict unauthorized products from entering the fume hood through the door frame key lock.
  • The door frame can also be locked in a fully closed position, such as in the event of a ventilation cabinet malfunction, equipment shutdown, or simply to limit the startup of equipment inside the cabinet.
  • The flushing system behind the deflector washes away all perchlorate deposits on the deflector, preventing the accumulation of any explosive salts.
  • The built-in water pump system ensures that the water pressure of the flushing system is constant.
