The edible oil filling line is a new product independently developed by our company based on the improved and innovative design of our filling machine series products for oily materials. Make the product simpler and more convenient in terms of operation, precision error, installation adjustment, equipment cleaning, maintenance, and other aspects.
Widely applicable to the production and packaging industry of oily materials (such as butter and other viscous materials), it can operate continuously and automatically for filling. The machine design is compact and reasonable, with a simple and beautiful appearance, and the filling volume is easy to adjust.
The filling production line has six synchronous grease filling heads, which can evenly squeeze and fill the grease into the container.
○ Using pneumatic components from FESTO in Germany, AirTac in Taiwan, and electronic control components from LG in South Korea, the performance is stable.
The material contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel material.
