Pneumatic thin film Y-shaped steam trap is a new generation steam trap specially developed, designed and produced by our company based on the drainage of thermal power plant equipment. This product has a nearly linear flow design to reduce flow resistance. The principle of secondary throttling reduces erosion and improves lifespan. The valve core and seat are made of solid hard alloy, with a closed internal leakage of ≤ V1. The detachable central control seal design prevents external leakage and is easy to maintain. It can also be used in flammable and explosive environments. According to the signal from the control system or regulating instrument, the valve can be cut off or opened to meet the requirements of the controlled parameters. Therefore, it is widely used for remote control in industries such as thermal power plants.
