Detection principle:

The YC109 practical ammonia nitrogen rapid analyzer is a rapid ammonia nitrogen detection instrument developed and produced according to the HJ/535-2009 of the Ministry of Environment of China,Ammonia nitrogen, which exists in the form of free ammonia or ammonium ions, reacts with Nessler's reagent to form a light yellow brown complex. The absorbance of this complex is proportional to the ammonia nitrogen content. By using colorimetric method, users can directly measure the ammonia nitrogen content in the water sample by adding the matching reagent after collecting the water sample.
