After continuous research and improvement, our company has officially launched a new product, the "SGX" system precision pipe extrusion production unit, which is dedicated to the production of various precision small-diameter pipes. Its stable performance and mature technology have been recognized by high-end customer manufacturers in the industry. This unit adopts a unique research and development technology of "precise weak pressure vacuum control+high-pressure volumetric extrusion", which improves the shortcomings of traditional precision pipe extrusion processes that cannot simultaneously balance extrusion speed and precision control, especially for PA/PU/POM and fluoroplastic series pipes with high difficulty in forming control. This new product can achieve both high-precision extrusion control of pipes and ideal production efficiency, greatly improving the equipment value for customers and bringing significant cost savings.
The "SXG" series precision tube unit is a cost-effective model that can replace imported similar equipment. Its advantages include high efficiency, low energy consumption, stable product quality (CPK value ≥ 1.6), high automation level of equipment control system, portable and reasonable control settings, and the ability to meet the processing needs of different hardness raw materials and products.
The "SXG-T" high-precision small-diameter pipe extrusion unit is further equipped with higher-level drive and auxiliary components on the basis of the powerful functions of the "SXG" series precision pipe unit, greatly improving the fluctuation accuracy of pipe extrusion.
Summary of Equipment Composition
Raw material transportation:
Equipped with excellent all-round performance feeding and drying equipment; To ensure precision extrusion from the source of raw material transportation, the most accurate weight loss metering feeding system currently available can be used to accurately measure the feeding amount to grams.
Melt metering pump system:
Select imported high-performance American brand "XALOY" metering pump, equipped with "GEFRAN" pressure sensor and control gauge, to achieve feedback control of extrusion pressure and screw speed to achieve automatic adjustment of extrusion fluctuation, providing stable extrusion with minimal flow fluctuation. (Note: The metering pump cannot be used for heat sensitive materials such as PVC)
Online diameter measurement system:
Using well-known brands such as BETA from the United States or PROTON from the United Kingdom, the laser diameter measurement system can achieve online monitoring of product ovality values, wall thickness values, diameter values, and position values within the testing interval. The measurement accuracy can reach ± 0.001mm.
Extrusion section:
On the premise of ensuring good plasticization, the BDSJ series extruder screw adopts advanced optimized design to meet stable high-speed output;
The extrusion drive adopts Swiss "ABB" high-efficiency variable frequency motor or Japanese "YASKAWA" servo motor+high-performance reducer direct connection drive, with testing feedback adjustment, providing extremely stable screw rotation output;
The electronic control system is composed of high-end branded electrical components, which can ensure stable temperature control; The comprehensive protection and alarm functions (such as melt pressure overload protection, ultra-low temperature alarm, motor overload protection, temperature control disconnection alarm, etc.) make extrusion production control more intelligent and user-friendly;
The transmission mechanism with high standard nominal input can make the operation of the gearbox more stable and have a longer service life.
Precision tube mold:
The core rod and mouth mold are made of S136 mold steel to ensure the surface smoothness and corrosion resistance of the flow channel inside the mold; The mold adopts the exclusively developed "high-pressure volumetric" mold, which meets the high-speed and stable extrusion of pipe material blanks.
The mold adopts advanced CNC machining technology and electrochemical machining methods for precision machining, which can achieve ideal forming of precision pipes with a diameter range of ≤ 1.0mm.
Fixed cooling section:
Adopting a new concept of "weak vacuum forming" technology: separating and controlling the vacuum and water systems, coordinating with the vacuum system through a multi-stage water balance control system to ensure stable cooling water level, vacuum stability, and water flow during the production process.
*Multi level waterway system design to maintain a stable liquid level in the vacuum water tank.
*The vacuum degree control adopts a relatively more precise method, which can achieve a control accuracy of negative 0.1 kilopascals (Kpa) level;
*Realize online automatic precise adjustment of vacuum degree through precise automatic pneumatic control valve and digital vacuum gauge;
Traction section:
The traction machine adopts imported multi-layer wear-resistant material traction belt, Swiss ABB AC variable frequency controller, high-precision roller traction drive, and infinite speed regulation for traction speed.
The high-speed traction machine is driven by a vertically connected servo motor, and the maximum speed of the production line can reach 300m/min, ensuring stable and long-term use of the traction machine at high speeds, greatly widening the gap between the industry's average level.
Cutting/rewinding:
The cutting machine adopts a low inertia aluminum alloy rotating blade arm structure with a locking device (medical alcohol medium is used for tool cooling), and the incision is smooth and flat. The Taiwan Dongyuan servo drive control system is used to provide high-speed and high-precision cutting;
Mitsubishi PLC programming control and Siemens human-machine interface enable three different cutting methods: timed, continuous, and length counting, and the cutting length can be set arbitrarily.
The winding collection method adopts a dual station automatic online winding, and the wire arrangement device can automatically adjust the winding angle. It is specially equipped with a tension adjustment device to avoid plastic pipes from stretching and deforming during winding;
