working principle
The operating pressure must be controlled between 0.2~0.4MPa. High pressure results in high screening efficiency and high production capacity. The lower the pressure, the lower the screening efficiency and production capacity. During screening, the dry matter content of the feed is about 17%, and starch milk is separated through fine slag screening. 10--11BX， The SO2 content in the slurry should be between 0.035-0.045%.
Factors affecting screening efficiency:
1. The magnitude of feeding pressure. The feeding pressure should be 0.2~0.4MPa. The higher the pressure, the higher the screening rate, and the lower the pressure, the lower the screening rate.
2. The nozzle should be tangent to the curved surface of the sieve. If the installation accuracy is too poor, it will be impossible to produce a cutting effect, so the screening surface will not be able to screen the material, or the movement of the material will be obstructed and the direction of movement will be changed. At this time, the screening surface will also lose its function of screening the material.
