3、 Install the machine and run it without load for two full cycles to check for any abnormalities;
4、 During the test drive, first lift by 100mm to check for any deformation in the components and the sliding condition of the gate in the slot. After confirming that there are no errors, continue to lift until there are no errors. Each lift is 0. Check again at 5m.
Debugging of the opening and closing machine
1. Under no-load conditions, ensure that the three-phase current imbalance does not exceed plus or minus 10%, and measure the current value.
2. Adjustment of upper and lower limits: When the gate is fully closed, press the upper limit switch tightly and fix it on the screw. When the gate is fully open, press the lower limit plate down on the travel switch and fix it on the screw.
3. The adjustment of the main controller of the hoist must ensure that the error of the gate lifting to the upper and lower limit positions does not exceed 1cm.
4. After installing the device, it is necessary to conduct a trial operation. One is to conduct a no-load experiment, which involves letting the screw travel twice and listening for any abnormal sounds to check whether the device meets the technical requirements. Conduct a load experiment, perform two strokes under rated load, and check the operation status of the screw and gate for any abnormal phenomena. Confirm that there are no errors and it can be officially put into operation ahead.
1. Operators must control the structure, performance, and operation methods of the hoist, and have a certain level of mechanical knowledge to ensure the normal operation of the machine.
2. Before operation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the lifting and closing machine to ensure that all parts are smooth and in good condition, and that the bolts are not loose. Check whether the power circuit can be connected and whether the switch is in good condition during electric opening and closing.
3. During electric operation, operators must not leave the site and immediately stop the machine if any problems are found.
4. When repairing the hoist, it is necessary to clear the load.
5. When in use, smooth oil should be injected through the oil injection hole at any time, and sufficient smooth oil should be regularly maintained. The screw should be regularly cleaned of oil stains and coated with new oil to prevent rust and corrosion.
