The basic operating principle of RTO is that solvent containing exhaust gas absorbs heat from ceramic blocks, raising the temperature of the airflow to an oxidation temperature of about 820-850 ℃, decomposing volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into carbon dioxide and water vapor, and recovering most of the heat from the airflow through another ceramic block before being discharged into the atmosphere.

The device has a high degree of automation and can be easily operated.

When it is necessary to shut down, simply press the stop button, and the system will automatically shut down after completing the specified operation according to the program.

RTO equipment only requires 2 maintenance checks on instruments and burners per year, lasting 2-3 days. Generally, no major maintenance is required.

Perform thermal brick maintenance every 7 years. Replace some of the heat storage bricks. The construction period is 3-4 weeks.

When the heat recovery efficiency is ≥ 93% and the intake VOC concentration reaches about 3g/m3, there is no need to supplement the heat generated by gas consumption during equipment operation.
