Some common faults and troubleshooting methods of ROK digital dial gauge:

1、 Cleaning
The majority of the workload in the periodic calibration of the ROK dial gauge in use is cleaning and oiling. Generally, remove the back cover and reading device, and place the watch body and movement in 120 # gasoline for cleaning
Wash. When cleaning, push the measuring rod while shaking the dial gauge. After cleaning, blow dry and apply oil to increase lubrication and reduce noise.
2、 Adjustment and repair
1. The axial movement or radial swing of the bezel and body can be adjusted by bending the leaf spring and bow spring slightly towards the back cover, which is equivalent to increasing the thickness of the spring and reducing the axial movement of the bezel. Extend more points of the leaf spring to increase the curvature of the bow spring, widen the spring device radially, and reduce the radial swing of the dial. For other types of micrometers, although the methods may not be the same, the principle is the same, which is to increase the thickness and width of the spring device to reduce the axial and radial movement of the dial.
2. The movement of the measuring rod is not flexible: mainly considering the following aspects
(1) Liquid enters the interior and the measuring rod feels sticky. Clean it with gasoline. Pull the measuring rod out of the meter body and clean the inner walls of the upper and lower sleeves with a silk cloth.
(2) The friction between the pointer and the dial, the friction between the dial, and the friction between the large pointer and the speed pointer.
(3) The upper and lower sleeves have slightly different axes. Gently tap the measuring cap on the wooden surface. If it is better than before, it indicates that the direction is correct. If it is worse, it indicates that the direction is not correct and another part should be replaced.
(4) There is dirt.
(5) Serious jamming: The deformation of the watch body causes the upper and lower sleeves to have different axes. Remove the movement, apply force to the vise in the circumferential direction on the watch body, and then push the measuring rod. If there is any improvement, it indicates that the direction is correct. Continue to apply force for a period of time, and then remove the watch body; If it's worse, it means the direction is not correct and you need to search for the location again.
3. Deformation of the movement cover plate
The column supporting the cover plate of the movement is relatively high, and the slight deformation of the cover plate causes displacement of the upper and lower bearing holes, thereby affecting the flexibility of the movement transmission. Replace the deformed cover plate of the movement.
4. The balance spring of the ROK dial gauge is not pre tightened or pre tightened
The balance spring of the dial gauge is not pre tightened or pre tightened enough, and after pushing the measuring rod, the movement does not rotate at all or rotates flexibly. The solution is to pre tighten the balance spring. The method of pre tightening the balance spring is to remove the cover plate and circular seat plate of the movement. Remove the small tension spring and force measuring tension spring, and turn the sector gear to the left until it disengages from the shaft gear. Gently press the large pointer shaft and rotate it in the direction of pre tightening the balance spring. The balance spring gear rotates one and a half or two turns, and then turn the sector gear to the right until it meshes with the shaft gear. After meshing, loosen the large pointer shaft, and then

3、 Reasons for the instability of indication values

4、 Adjustment of indication error
