The tank has a top opening structure, mainly for the convenience of pouring rice and soaking rice during the brewing process of yellow wine. The bottom of the tank has an eccentric conical structure and is equipped with a quick opening manhole, which allows for easy tilting and loading of glutinous rice into the rice cart after soaking. The conical part of the tank is equipped with a filter screen. After strict testing, the filter screen can withstand the weight of the entire tank of rice water mixture. The punching size of the filter screen is moderate, which can quickly release the water after the rice soaking process is completed, while ensuring that the rice grains are not missed.
