1. Purpose:
Used for high-throughput and high-precision automatic analysis of thousand particle weight and particle shape for various types of seeds with basically smooth surfaces, as well as serving as a seed cleanliness workbench. 2. Principle of Thousand Particle Weight Analysis:
The weight measured by the electronic balance (g) divided by the number of particles intelligently counted by the core system multiplied by 1000=thousand particle weight (g/1000 particles). Place the scattered seeds on a dark field imaging disc, which is placed on an electronic balance with an RS232 communication cable. After 1 second of stabilization, the weight data will be sent to the corresponding weight column of the analysis system in the computer. At the same time, automatic photography will be taken to analyze the number of seeds in the viewing area and calculate the thousand particle weight value of the sample.
3. Main performance indicators:
- Equipped with autofocus and a large depth of field of 8 million pixels (3264x2448 pixels) color camera, it has macro shooting characteristics. Automatically analyzable seed size: 1-20mm
- It can automatically calibrate the size and measure the average length, width, aspect ratio, area, and circumference parameters of the seeds.
- The maximum sample size for a single analysis is 80-150g of beans or corn, 40g of wheat, 25g of rice, and 20g of rapeseed.
- Thousand particle weight analysis speed: 1200~20000 particles/minute.
- Applicable seed types: various types of seeds with a basic smooth surface, including cotton seeds.
- Numerical analysis error: Approximately circular seeds such as corn seeds, wheat, rapeseed, japonica rice, millet, soybeans, red beans, mung beans, cowpeas, fava beans, white kidney beans, pumpkin seeds, peanut seeds, radish seeds, etc., with a tolerance of ≤± 0.1%. Various types of hybrid rice grains, including solid grains and chaff grains, barley, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, and other slender seeds, with a tolerance of ≤± 0.4%. A very small number of particles can achieve 100% accuracy after monitoring and correction.
- The barcode gun can be connected to the expansion port to automatically scan the sample number. The results of the thousand particle weight analysis can be output to an EXCEL table corresponding to the sample number, and the analysis image labeling results can be saved.
