The national drum, guide, and tunnel ventilation fans look to Zibo, and Zibo looks to "Fujiang" fans. After years of effort, Fujiang fans have developed a streamlined equipment system in the factory, including automatic CNC cutting, hydraulic shearing machines, automatic rolling and spinning, mold pressing at the fan inlet and front plate, and electromagnetic heating for bearing installation. Each fan sold by our factory undergoes strict start-up testing before leaving the factory to ensure the effectiveness and service life of each fan.

1. Main purpose and scope of application:
The SDF-II (dual speed) counter rotating axial flow tunnel ventilation fan is mainly suitable for high-speed railways, highways, railways, diversion tunnels, metal mining tunnels, and other fields. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 60 ℃, the temperature shall not exceed 95 ± 3% (25 ℃), and it shall be non corrosive.
2. Structure and its characteristics:
(1) This series of ventilation fans consists of collectors, primary fans, secondary fans, electric motors, mufflers, etc. The body and structure are welded from steel plates, and the impeller is die cast from aluminum alloy material. The fan adopts a direct connection between the electric motor and the impeller, with reliable transmission, simple and compact overall structure, sturdy and durable, safe to use, and easy to maintain.
(2) Adopting internationally advanced three-dimensional flow aerodynamic theory, the design and manufacturing of many high-tech components such as equal sweep combination orthogonal blades and wing shapes have advanced levels both domestically and internationally.
(3) It has the characteristics of compact structure, low noise, high efficiency, good aerodynamic performance, high wind pressure, stable operation in the working area, and wide range of efficient applications. According to the length of the excavation face and the different ventilation requirements of the tunnel, it can be used as a whole machine or in stages to reduce energy consumption. Energy saving is an ideal equipment for local ventilation in tunnel excavation.
(4) Adopting an outsourced compound noise reduction device, it has the characteristics of ultra-low noise and good noise reduction effect.
3. Characteristics of our company's products:
(1) Our company can install air inlet mufflers according to user needs to achieve better and more ideal noise reduction effects. Reduce the noise to the lowest amplitude.
(2) The SDF-II (dual speed) series ventilation fans produced by our company have detachable and replaceable sound-absorbing cotton in the primary and secondary hosts, as well as in the diffusion sound-absorbing system. If the fan is used for a long time, the soundproofing cotton will lose its soundproofing effect. The fan can be disassembled and replaced with soundproof cotton, thereby reducing the cost sharing for users.
