1、 Purpose:

A new type of gate valve developed for the transportation control and feeding of small and medium-sized solid and block materials in industries such as building materials, mining, and metallurgy. It is suitable for controlling materials with a diameter of ≤ 50mm.

2、 Structural characteristics

The single and double layer rod valve has a simple structure, is easy to operate, and has no jamming, overcoming the disadvantages of large opening and closing forces caused by large material particles in flat gate valves, and even the inability to close. Due to the use of a single rod operation, the valve is easy to operate, flexible, and the overall structure is welded with high-quality steel. It has good rigidity, stability, long service life, and does not require maintenance. It is an ideal equipment for controlling small and medium-sized crystalline and block materials.

3、 Working principle

Jiangsu Ancai single-layer and double-layer rod valve is mainly composed of a frame and rods. When the rods are inserted into the frame, a group of rods form a parallel grid plate, blocking the block material on one side of the gate. If one rod is extracted, a larger gap will appear in the grid plate, and the material can enter the other side of the gate through this gap. The amount of rods extracted should be determined by the needs of the process flow.
