Product features:
This can be used for surface treatment of various materials, commonly used for membrane materials, etc.
The 2 corona components adopt a winding structure, and the corona roller is pulled to transport smoothly, with single-sided corona treatment.
3. The corona roller is equipped with a water cooling device to achieve the constant temperature function of PET during corona discharge;
4. Equipped with a tension correction system for winding and unwinding, the product maintains a constant tension (30-300N) and is edge aligned during the feeding process.
The electric motion sickness machine is equipped with a power adjustable processor; 0-6KW power adjustable 2.6 design operation safety protection system, to avoid injury to operators;
6The device is planned to have a fault self diagnosis system. If a fault occurs, the system will automatically alarm and notify the operator. Based on the operating instructions and providing data, it can quickly solve the problem and improve work efficiency
7After time processing and fundamental frequency tuning, the optimal resonance matching state of the equipment signal system is ensured
Thin film surface corona treatment
The principle of corona treatment is that the film passes between two electrodes with high voltage, which ionizes the air between the electrodes and generates an electron flow between them. The electrons create small pits on the surface of the film that are invisible to the naked eye, forming polarity on the film surface and facilitating the adsorption of printing ink.
