The amount of air processed is converted into the suction state of the air compressor. (Atmospheric pressure, 32 ℃, 75%).
The air processing conditions are: inlet air pressure of 0.69, inlet air temperature of 32 ℃, inlet air dew point: -17 ℃ under atmospheric pressure (10 ℃ under pressure) (MSF, KSF), inlet oil concentration of 3wt ppm (LSF/MSF) and 0.01wt ppm (KSF).
Replace during the period of pressure loss or expiration date. The replacement cycle has no guaranteed value. In addition, the replacement cycle may be advanced depending on the product environment, operating conditions, and other factors.
All 4 automatic drains are float type.
The MSF series must be installed behind the air dryer
The KSF series must be installed behind the air dryer, LSF, and MSF.
When the factory ships, there is no filter element installed inside the filter housing. After the installation of the filter and flange is completed and the interior of the pipeline is cleaned, the filter element should be installed according to the requirements of the user manual. (Excluding medium-sized stainless steel series)
