Small energy-saving leaching equipment

Small energy-saving leaching equipment, also known as tank group leaching equipment. Mainly used for oil extraction.

The tank group extractor is a type of oil and fat extractor used in the early stages of oil extraction and currently in small-scale oil extraction plants in China.
This extractor is a cylindrical container with a disc-shaped head. There is a false bottom at the bottom of the cylindrical tank, which is composed of two layers of sieve plates with a diameter of 8mm, and is sandwiched between burlap bags or brown skin fibers. The false bottom is tightly mounted on the lower grid shaped iron frame to withstand the weight of a can of raw materials and leaching solvent, as well as the steam pressure during the "downward pressure" operation (usually around 98kPa). After the false bottom is installed, it is required that only liquids such as mixed oil and solvents can pass through, while particles such as meal cannot pass through. There is a feed pipe installed on the top cover, a meal outlet on the tank body, and various connecting pipes for related operations on the shell.
The characteristics of tank group leaching are simple equipment, low investment, low solvent and energy consumption, strong adaptability of oil materials, and suitable for small-scale production enterprises with multiple varieties and small batches.
