1、 Preparation before use
1. Preparation and addition of raw materials
Mix sodium chlorate with water in a weight ratio of 12, for example, 1 kilogram of sodium chlorate with 2 kilograms of water, and stir until the sodium chlorate is completely dissolved (sodium chlorate is industrial sodium chlorate with a purity of 99% -99.5%).
2. Addition of hydrochloric acid
Close the inlet valve of the sodium chlorate tank, the chlorine dioxide discharge valve, and the hydrochloric acid tank vent valve. Open the vacuum valve of the hydrochloric acid tank, open the raw water inlet valve, and at the same time close two-thirds of the discharge valve. Open the raw material inlet valve, and then add a hose to the hydrochloric acid tank suction port and insert it into the hydrochloric acid medicine barrel. (This process uses the principle of negative pressure to suck hydrochloric acid into the hydrochloric acid tank). At the same time, observe whether the hydrochloric acid tank level has been fed, which generally requires 5-10 minutes. After filling the hydrochloric acid tank, close the vacuum valve of the hydrochloric acid tank and also close the inlet valve of the raw materials. This work process comes to an end.
Note that the power water pressure must reach 0.25MPa or above, otherwise negative pressure cannot be generated, and the water quality must be clean, otherwise it is easy to block the water injector.
3. Control the pressure of the low pressure controller at about 0.2MPa (the specific method is to turn the screw on the left side of the top of the low pressure controller counterclockwise to make the pressure mark on the left side of the front bottom, and then adjust the screw on the right side of the top to make the pressure gauge mark on the right side of the front at 0.2MPa).

1. Connect and install the main equipment pipeline correctly.
2. Prepare sodium chlorate aqueous solution and hydrochloric acid solution in the solution tank, open the raw water inlet valve, start the microcomputer controller, and set the temperature between 40-55 degrees (the temperature setting has been adjusted by our company before leaving the factory. Please refer to the electrical manual for details)
3. Open the raw water inlet valve, open the chlorine dioxide discharge valve, and close the vacuum valve of the hydrochloric acid tank. Simultaneously start the sodium chlorate and hydrochloric acid metering pumps, and adjust the working frequency of the metering pumps according to the dosage.
4. Set the microcomputer controller to automatic operation (see electrical manual for details).
