Spiral drilling tool transmission shaft accessories with hard alloy overlay, radial bearings wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant
Product Introduction:
Screw drilling tools are one of the most widely used downhole power tools in petroleum drilling. TC bearings (also known as hard alloy radial bearings, which can be divided into upper TC dynamic sleeve, upper TC static sleeve, lower TC dynamic sleeve, and lower TC static sleeve) are located in the transmission part and are key components that affect the life of screw drilling tools. TC bearings are made by plasma welding, which means hard alloy blocks are embedded on the inner and outer bearing surfaces, and the gap is made by plasma welding tungsten carbide powder. The hard alloy used has good strength and high hardness, and there will be no peeling or cracking problems during use. It is wear-resistant, impact resistant, and resistant to various corrosion under harsh working conditions. The product has an exquisite appearance and a hard alloy coverage rate of ≥ 60%. HRA≈80, The hardness of the substrate can be adjusted within the range of 200-330HB as needed.
Advantages of hard alloy radial bearings:
1. The tungsten steel bars are arranged neatly, with both inner and outer diameters acceptable, and PTA technology is proficient;
2. Professional technical testing plan with no porosity or cracks;
3. Corrosion resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance, can extend the service life of the screw;
4. Compared to all alloy wear-resistant sleeves, the unit price is discounted;
