Overview
The standard nozzle in nozzle flowmeter, also known as ISA1932 nozzle, has the characteristics of high temperature and high pressure resistance, impact resistance, long service life, large measurement range, and measurement accuracy. It is suitable for measuring fluid flow with high flow velocity in high-temperature and high-pressure steam heating network pipelines of power plants. The standard nozzle is designed and manufactured according to the national standard GB/T2624-93 and verified according to JJG640-94. No real flow calibration is required.
Scope of Application
1. Nominal diameter: 50mm ≤ DN ≤ 500mm
2. Nominal pressure: PN ≤ 32MPa
3. Aperture ratio: 0.30 ≤ β ≤ 0.8
4. Reynolds number range: When 0.30 ≤ β ≤ 0.44, 70000 ≤ ReD ≤ 10 7
When 0.44 ≤ β ≤ 0.8, 20000 ≤ ReD ≤ 10 7
5. Accuracy: Level 1
structural form
The standard nozzle consists of an inlet plane portion A perpendicular to the axis, an inlet contraction portion composed of arc-shaped curved surfaces B and C, a cylindrical throat E, and a protective groove F required to prevent edge damage. The pressure measurement method adopts an angle connection upstream and can be set according to the angle connection downstream, or at a further downstream location. Total length of nozzle:
When 0.30 ≤ β ≤ 2/3, nozzle length=0.6041d
When 2/3 ≤ β ≤ 0.80, nozzle length={0.4041+(0.75/β -0.25/β 2-0.5225) 0.5} d
