SPB ®- 5 capillary gas chromatography columns were used for morphological analysis and chemiluminescence detection of polar and alkaline nitrides. This method can be used for electron capture gas chromatography analysis of deoxynivalenol and deoxynivalenol in grains. It can also be used as a stationary phase for the determination of sterols by capillary gas chromatography.

Application: This non-polar universal chromatography column mainly allows components to be eluted in order of boiling point, slightly improving selectivity, and is particularly suitable for aromatic compounds.
