1. The temperature for disinfection is 100-125 degrees Celsius.
Before filling, the oral liquid bottle should be palletized, sorted, washed with purified water twice, distilled water once, and then sterilized at high temperature.
3. Purification workshop filling, picking, cleaning, high-temperature sterilization at 125 degrees, lamp inspection, labeling, and palletizing.
4. During high-temperature disinfection, prevent rapid cooling and heating to prevent oral liquid from falling and exploding.
5. Oral liquid bottle. The amount of liquid filling is within the allowable range. However, during high temperature and high pressure disinfection, the bottom may fall off, resulting in the loss of liquid.
6. The medicine should be filled below the bottleneck of the oral liquid bottle.

Testing method for oral liquid bottles
1. Raw material quality: Raw materials are strictly inspected for their physical and chemical properties, appearance, specifications, dimensions, and other technical indicators according to standard requirements upon arrival at the factory.
2. According to the system's selection and classification standards, materials are classified into thin tubes, medium tubes, and coarse tubes through card detection and weighing detection.
On site in the bottle production workshop, self inspection, mutual inspection, inspection, and sampling are strictly carried out according to the specifications, dimensions, and appearance quality. The products meet the standard requirements.
4. The quality inspection department conducts in factory inspections on products, while the quality department is responsible for ensuring product quality and conducting pre delivery inspections.
5. Inspection method: High precision stress gauges are used for stress testing, vernier calipers with an accuracy of 0.02mm are used for size measurement, inner diameter gauges with an accuracy of 0.02mm are used for inner diameter measurement of bottle mouth, bottle mouth height is measured with a bottle mouth edge gauge with an accuracy of 0.05mm, vertical axis deviation is measured with a vertical tester with an accuracy of 0.01mm, bottle wall thickness is measured with a wall thickness tester with an accuracy of 0.01mm, bottle bottom thickness is measured with a bottom thickness tester with an accuracy of 0.01mm, and chemical stability is tested with a high-pressure steam sterilizer.
6. After full inspection, the product undergoes random inspection and is sent out for factory inspection. The product quality meets the standard requirements.
