This testing machine is designed in accordance with the corresponding provisions of GB2099.1, GB16915.1, GB17465.1, and GB15092.1, and is used to test the lifespan of rocker switches, toggle switches, key switches, plug sockets, couplers, and appliance switches for household and similar purposes. This testing machine, when combined with a power load cabinet, can achieve live life testing, normal operation, and breaking capacity testing of switches and plugs and sockets.
3、 Product Features:
1. This testing machine uses a cylinder as power to drive the slide rail assembly equipped with a plug fixture to perform reciprocating linear motion, thereby completing the insertion and extraction of plugs and sockets.
2. Its action frequency and on-off time are adjusted and controlled by PLC (programmable logic controller) and LCD text display screen, with simple operation, convenient and reliable control. (The simplified version uses components such as counters and timers for control)
3. Some fixtures can be added according to customer requirements to test wall switches, toggle switches, toggle switches, flip switches, and self popping buttons.
