The TCG-09 full band total radiation sensor can be used to measure the total solar radiation in the spectral range of 0.3-3 μ m. If the sensing surface is downward, it can measure reflected radiation. It can also be used to measure solar radiation incident on an inclined surface. If a shading ring is added, scattered radiation can be measured. Widely used in departments such as meteorology, solar energy utilization, agriculture, aging of building materials, and air pollution to measure solar radiation energy.

The sensing core of TCG-09 total radiation meter is composed of high-precision thermoelectric stack elements, and the sensing elements are coated with highly stable and high absorption inorganic carbon film. The sensing element is equipped with a two-layer quartz glass cover made by precision optical cold processing and grinding to prevent environmental influence on its performance. The sensor is integrated with a horizontal benchmark, reusable dryer, and a white shading plate.
