Working Principle:
This instrument adopts ultraviolet absorption method. The basic working principle is that ozone can absorb ultraviolet light of a certain wavelength (254nm), and the strength of the absorbed ultraviolet light is related to its concentration. The detection method is to irradiate ultraviolet light with a wavelength of 254nm in the reaction chamber. Using a photodetector, measure the light intensity of the sample gas (ozone containing atmosphere) and the reference gas (ozone removed atmosphere) passing through the reaction chamber, calculate the light intensity ratio between the two, and use Lambert Beer's law to determine the concentration of O3 in the sample gas.
