Overview of Machine Structure:
The TSYJ series three door electronic industry specific drying oven adopts three independent inner chamber designs, each chamber is independently temperature controlled, with good uniformity and flexible use, making it a combination of assembly line operations.
The shell of the TSYJ series three door electronic industry specific drying oven is made of A3 cold pressed carbon steel plate, and the inner liner is made of brushed or mirrored stainless steel plate. The surface of the outer shell of the box is covered with environmentally friendly paint, and the insulation layer between the shell and the inner liner is filled with aluminum silicate fiber. The heating tube is installed in the bottom air duct, and the room temperature can be directly adjusted from+10 ℃ to 220 ℃. It uses a foam silicone rubber sealing strip.
The TSYJ series three door electronic industry specific drying oven adopts the new technology of far-infrared heating promoted by the National Science and Technology Commission. The far-infrared element can emit far-infrared radiation of 2-15 microns or more after being heated. When it is absorbed by the heated object, it can be directly converted into heat energy, thereby achieving rapid drying effect, shortening production cycle, saving energy, and improving product quality. The temperature control instrument adopts some imported components, with a novel style, easy to use, and energy-saving!
