A sensor that determines the cargo weight of a vehicle by collecting changes in the distance between the frame and the axle. It is installed between the frame and the axle, and converts the vertical changes between the frame and the axle into corresponding electrical signals that are transmitted to the detection equipment.

By directly attaching strain gauges to car beams and axles, the elastic deformation of steel plates is comprehensively calculated through auxiliary digital circuits, providing actual weight data for subsequent processing.

Finally, the real-time display of vehicle load changes on the application platform or APP can achieve a dynamic detection accuracy of up to 3%, and this process can be completed in just 10 seconds.
