The Ministry of Environmental Protection of China requires ultra-low emissions of smoke and dust, with a smoke and dust emission index of less than 5mg/Nm3. At present, the best process for flue gas treatment is bag dust removal+wet desulfurization. The dust content of bag dust removal flue gas can be reduced to 30mg/Nm3. After the flue gas passes through the desulfurization absorption tower, the smoke and dust do not decrease but rise, reaching 40-50mg/Nm3. The reason is that the clean flue gas discharged after wet flue gas desulfurization contains a large number of gypsum droplets. Although the absorption tower is equipped with a defogger, the effect is not good, and it cannot absorb dust particles and droplets below 15um, resulting in a large amount of smoke and dust emissions in the discharged clean flue gas, severe gypsum rain phenomenon, and serious air pollution.

This device does not require the production of a dedicated equipment casing, it only needs to be installed in the defogger section of the desulfurization tower, and the flushing water can be the defogger flushing water. The resistance of the equipment is less than that of the defogger and does not increase the power of the fan. The equipment runs stably, has a high usage rate, is corrosion-resistant, does not cause damage, has a long service life, does not require dedicated personnel to be on duty, and does not require electrical control. This technology is the best choice for ultra-low emissions in flue gas treatment.
