Ultrasonic automatic cleaning system
There is an ultrasonic generator on the sensor, and as long as the sensor is connected to the system, high-frequency ultrasonic signals are generated, causing the optical lens to vibrate continuously with an amplitude of several micrometers. In the center of the lens, the amplitude is large. This can prevent any form of pollutants from accumulating on the lens, ensuring continuous and reliable operation. Some calcium salts will still adhere to the probe after a long time, forming dirt that is difficult to remove even with a brush or other cleaning agents, and can only be cleaned by acid washing. Ultrasonic vibration can also prevent bubbles from accumulating in the testing area and interfering with the test, as bubbles also scatter some light.
