The UZYK-11/12 tuning fork level switch is a high-sensitivity detection instrument used to detect various non viscous dry powder and small particle solid materials as high and low level control and alarm. It is widely used in industries such as food, grain processing, light industry, building materials, medicine, plastics, and metallurgical enterprises for level control of casting sand, small iron particles, various metal powders, etc.

The instrument has no movable parts and features anti-corrosion, high sensitivity, and easy installation.

The instrument consists of a tuning fork for the transmitter and an electrical box, and is installed locally. Press two sets of piezoelectric crystals at the end of the tuning fork, one set is the driving element that drives the tuning fork to produce vibration, and the other set is the detection element that converts the fork body vibration into voltage. The two are respectively connected to the input and output terminals of the amplifier, forming a mechanical electronic oscillation circuit. When the fork is dampened by solid material, the oscillator stops oscillating and the relay outputs a switch signal.
