① System Overview
The total zinc online monitor is a new generation of fully automatic water total zinc online analyzer that complies with the Chinese national standard method GB7472-87. This product is a maintenance free online monitor launched based on years of research on water quality analysis products. After pre-treatment, the water sample is injected into a special reactor by an injection pump and first reacts with an acidic oxidant to uniformly oxidize all forms of zinc in the water sample into divalent zinc ions. Then, the pH value of the solution is adjusted, and finally a characteristic color developer is added for color reaction. Within the measurement range, the degree of color change is proportional to the total zinc concentration in the water sample. By measuring the degree of color change, the total zinc content in the water sample can be calculated.
