Customized polarimeter for the pharmaceutical industry
newVariPolThe series polarimeter is designed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry and has multiple models to choose from. From basic economic funds to high-precision scientific research funds, it covers all aspects.
The entire series comes standard with a Peltier temperature control system, ensuring high precision in instrument detection. In addition, all polarimeters comply with the 21 CFR part 11 standard and use energy-efficient and durable LED light sources.
VariPolThe instrument accuracy meets the standards of the European and American Pharmacopoeias. GLP/GMP data can be transmitted to a printer or saved to a computer and LIMS system. In addition, the instrument is equipped with 3 USB ports, 1 serial port, and 1 LAN interface. All instruments can also be configured with Modbus, CanBus, W-LAN, and other interfaces according to requirements.
Common applications
- Concentration detection
- Purity analysis
- quality control
- scientific analysis
- Drugs (alkaloids, amino acids, organic compounds, vitamins, essential oils, * * *, serum)
- Chemistry (organic fluids, biopolymers, synthetic and organic polymers, benzene, acids, esters, etc.)
- Research (analysis of molecular structure, study of dynamic reactions as a function of time, differentiation of optical isomers, monitoring of changes in the concentration of optically active components in reaction mixtures, such as enzyme resolution)
Check/calibrate
The filter inside the circular polarimeter may require regular wavelength checks and timely adjustments due to the influence of time and environment. This task can be completed using standard sucrose solution or quartz control plate. However, the stability of standard sucrose solution is poor and needs to be replaced regularly. But using a quartz control board eliminates the need to worry about this matter.
The long-life stability of quartz control board makes it an ideal choice for checking and calibrating polarimeters.Schmidt + HaenschThe sample chamber of the polarimeter is ingeniously designed to allow the sample tube to rotate horizontally or 360 °. Only by rotating can the board be checked for smooth installation, and it is allowed to inspect the polarimeter according to international standards such as ICUMSA and OIML processing procedures.
