【 Main purpose and characteristics 】: Used to determine the standard consistency, water consumption, and setting time of cement paste.
Main technical parameters:
Total weight of sliding parts such as test cone: 300g
Maximum sliding stroke of the test cone: 70mm
Net weight: ≈ 3.8kg
Performance:
The main body of the instrument is composed of a base 1 and a bracket 5 connected by screws. The upper part of the bracket is machined with two concentric smooth holes with a diameter of 12 millimeters to ensure that the sliding part can descend vertically during the testing process. The descent and fixation of the sliding part are directly controlled by the tightening bolt 6.
Cone mold 3 and glass plate 2 are placed on top of base 1. When measuring the standard consistency, the sliding part consists of a sliding rod 7, a fixed ring 10, a fixed bolt 11, a pointer 9, a connecting rod 12, and a consistency test rod 4, with a total weight of 300 grams ± 1 gram; When measuring the initial setting time, replace the consistency test rod with the initial setting test needle 13, and the total weight is still 300 grams ± 1 gram; When measuring the final setting time, the final setting test needle 14 is used, and its total weight is still 300 grams ± 1 gram. The display board 8 is engraved with two scales S and P, with the S scale measuring 1 millimeter per square; The P scale represents the water consumption for standard consistency, measured as a percentage of cement weight.
maintain:
1. Before measuring the water consumption for standard consistency, it is necessary to check whether the sliding part of the instrument can slide freely in the bracket. At the same time, when the test rod is lowered to the surface of the clean slurry, the pointer should be aligned with the zero point of the scale. Otherwise, it should be adjusted.
2. Before measuring the setting time, the consistency test rod should be removed and replaced with a test needle. At the same time, check whether the pointer is zero when the test needle comes into contact with the top of the circular mold. Otherwise, it should be adjusted.
3. Before each measurement, the instrument should be placed vertically and not operated in an environment with obvious vibration.
4. After each measurement, the working surface of the instrument should be wiped clean and coated with oil for rust prevention.
5. The surface of the sliding rod should not be damaged or have rust spots.
