The PG23CP pressure gauge is suitable for the process industry, and the safety type structure of the pressure gauge is suitable for industries such as petrochemicals, natural gas, power plants, and water/sewage treatment.

Pressure measurement points are usually distributed on control components or control panels, such as hydraulic control components (HUPs). The front of the fully welded shape is equipped with corresponding gaskets to fully ensure the pressure gauge and panel are fully adhered, and to ensure a protection level of IP66.

All stainless steel material can better enhance the corrosion resistance of products, making them suitable for use in corrosive environments or measuring corrosive media such as gases and liquids.

Safety type pressure gauges are defined in the EN837-1 pressure gauge standard. However, in most applications, a safety type pressure gauge is not required. WIKA has already produced PG23CP ("S1" safety type) pressure gauges. The back of the pressure gauge case is designed with a pressure relief port, which ensures safety by releasing pressure through the back when there is overpressure inside the pressure gauge.

For harsh operating conditions such as vibration, this product also offers a liquid filled option.
