Scope of Application
This machine is mainly used in industrial sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, and electronics. It is suitable for small batch production, laboratories, hospitals, and other departments to press tablets, catalysts, sugar tablets, calcium tablets, coffee tablets, powder metallurgy, electronic components, and various agricultural fertilizer tablets. It can compress various irregular shapes and can also compress tablets with double-sided engraved trademarks, text, and simple graphics.


For tablet materials, the following three basic requirements must be met
(1) The material should be dry (the drier the better)
(2) The uniformity of the material should be high (preferably 40-80 mesh granular material)
(3) The material should have a certain degree of viscosity


Machine features
1. Press various granular raw materials into circular discs and tablets with various geometric shapes, double-sided engraved with trademarks, text, and simple graphics.
2. New model, with added turbo transmission, no transmission belt, very low noise, can be manually pressed when there is no electricity.
3. Install a set of stamping dies and press products of different shapes and sizes by changing different molds.
4. The filling depth and tablet thickness of the material can be adjusted to control the weight of the tablets.
5. Low noise, lightweight, easy to operate, and convenient to move.
