The WQS water quality sampling system includes a lightweight trigger type mixed sampler, a process controller with relay output, and supporting software compatible with the Windows system. This portable small water quality sampling system can be installed on-site and fully customized according to specific needs.
Controller: The LCD screen displays the sensor type, the average reading during the user set time period, and the selected engineering unit. The display screen also shows the current of the four relays of the process controller when they are in the on or off state. Each process controlled relay can independently set the maximum or minimum threshold in five different control modes. When the sensor reading of the process controller exceeds the normal range, the relay is turned on, and the relay operation is limited by the maximum and minimum threshold set by the sensor.
Sampler: The water quality sampling system sampler is installed in a sturdy, rainproof, and lockable portable container. In each standard water quality sampling container, a 2-gallon (7.57-liter) polyethylene composite material is used to collect wastewater samples; Sampling peristaltic pump, two knob control panels (no programming required) and rechargeable battery. Other options include glass sample bottles, refrigerators, portable ice containers, etc.
Data logger: The software of the data logger is compatible with the Windows system and can record water quality data and sampling time in water quality monitoring. After downloading the data, it is stored in Excel format for easy data analysis and tabulation.
