The YTC642 insulator zero value tester adopts an electrostatic structure to measure the potential difference between two points on the insulator, and converts the measured voltage into an electric field for measurement. Therefore, the impedance is high and has little impact on the measured system. The measured signal is internally amplified and processed, and then output in the form of voltage values through LCD digital display. If the potential difference of a certain insulator is O, then that insulator is a zero value insulator. If a section in the test reaches 50% of the standard value, it indicates that it is a degraded insulator. According to the measured data, an insulation distribution voltage diagram can also be drawn. Used to determine the deterioration of insulators in the next step. Therefore, the measurement operation is quick, simple and clear.
