
Purpose and features
The ZCA-4F fully automatic argon purifier is a new product developed by our company based on the fully automatic gas purifier, which can purify industrial ordinary argon to obtain high-purity argon gas. High purity argon gas is highly suitable for use in industries and scientific research with high gas requirements, such as electronics, metallurgy, machinery, chemical engineering, atomic energy, and spectroscopic analysis, providing high-purity working gas. The characteristics of this machine are as follows:
1. By adopting a graded and multiple purification process, the gas purity can be increased to over 6 9s. It is equipped with highly efficient adsorbents such as high-purity sponge titanium that have been specially activated. At a certain temperature, more than 150 impurities in argon gas can be removed to achieve the goal of gas purification.
2. This machine belongs to the "renewable type". When the primary purification unit is saturated with adsorbed impurities, it can restore activity through regeneration, thereby reducing the workload of the refining tower and improving its lifespan.
3. The regeneration process of this machine adopts its own gas blowing process, without the need for hydrogen gas, vacuum pumping, or a dedicated machine room.
4. This machine adopts microcomputer industrial control technology, which not only has a high degree of automation, but also has stable and reliable performance.
5. Dual structure, one group works and the other group regenerates for backup after startup, and both work and regeneration are automatically completed, so it can provide continuous gas supply, and one can support two single type machines for use. The parts in contact with the materials in the system are treated with EP (the inner wall can reach the surface smoothness), which is one of the unique technical features of our company and a necessary condition for producing high-purity gases. It can effectively improve the quality of gas and prevent the generation and accumulation of dust in these areas.
6. Due to the fully automatic function of this machine, it overcomes the gas impurities caused by human errors in manual and semi-automatic purifiers.
7. This type of purifier consists of three parts: pre purification, initial purification, and deep purification. After pre purification and initial purification, the purity of ordinary argon (with a minimum allowable use of 99.8% argon) can be increased to over 99.99%, and further improved to 99.9999% to 99.99995% after deep purification.
Main technical indicators
1. Input raw gas (above 99.95%)
This purifier allows the oxygen content in the raw argon gas to be ≤ 3000PPm and the water content to be ≤ 1000PPm (i.e. dew point below -20 ℃). Generally, bottled argon gas can meet these requirements.
2. Output pure gas (99.99995%)
The output capacity of pure gas is 4m3/h

The working temperature of the adsorption tower is room temperature, and the regeneration temperature is 380 ℃
