■ Installation instructions:
1. When installing, the solenoid valve coil should be facing upwards and kept in a vertical position. The arrow or mark on the solenoid valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline and should not be installed in areas with splashing or leaking water.
2. The working medium of the solenoid valve should be clean and free of particulate impurities. The dirt and filters on the surface of the solenoid valve components should be cleaned regularly.
3. When the solenoid valve malfunctions, it is best to install a bypass device in order to isolate the solenoid valve in a timely manner and ensure the normal operation of the system.
4. In the pipeline system, the diameter of the solenoid valve installed on the branch should be smaller than that of the main pipeline valve.
5. Before installing the solenoid valve, the pipeline must be cleaned thoroughly. It is recommended to install a filter in front of the valve and a drain valve in the steam pipeline.
6. The valve should not be installed in a low concave part of the pipeline to avoid obstruction caused by steam condensation, impurities, etc. settling inside the valve.
7. Cannot be used in explosive hazardous environments.
8. In the case of insufficient rigidity of the pipeline, it is recommended to fix the pipeline in front of the valve with a bracket to prevent vibration caused by the operation of the solenoid valve.
9. Before installation, pay attention to the product label, carefully read the user manual, and determine whether the product meets the usage conditions.
10. Pressure gauges need to be installed on the front and rear pipelines of the solenoid valve for easy observation of the pipeline.
■ Ordering instructions:
Please indicate the following information when placing an order:
1. Voltage of vacuum solenoid valve (AC24V, DC24V);
2. Working pressure of vacuum solenoid valve (0-1.6 MPa);
3. Nominal diameter of vacuum solenoid valve (DN15-150);
4. The medium used for vacuum solenoid valves is non corrosive gases such as vacuum and air;
5. Connection method of vacuum solenoid valve (flange connection, internal thread connection);
6. Medium temperature of vacuum solenoid valve (0-60 ° C);
7. If there are special requirements, please indicate them when ordering the product.
If the model has already been selected by the design unit, please order directly from our sales department according to the model.
When the usage situation is very important or the environment is complex, please provide design drawings as much as possible.
(2) The voltage of the solenoid valve during normal operation is 220 V. If it exceeds this range, please indicate the voltage fluctuation when placing an order. Other specifications of power supply voltage can be specially ordered.
(3) If the valve has been open for more than 12 hours, please choose a normally open solenoid valve. When there are flammable and explosive materials in the surrounding environment, please use explosion-proof solenoid valves. (Explosion proof structure as shown in Figure 3 below)
