The ZD series electric motor is suitable for lifting electric hoists or mechanical devices that require a large braking torque due to its strong overload capacity and easy adjustment; The ZDY series electric motor is suitable for the operation of electric hoists or mechanical devices that require small braking torque. Working mode: Intermittent quota S3 working system, with three types of load duration rates: 25%, 40%, and 60%. 25% is the reference load duration rate, with each cycle lasting 10 minutes. The rated voltage is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, and the insulation level is B.
The ZD series and ZDY series motors do not have footings, and the installation holes are located on the flange of the front end cover (1MB5). The ZD series motors have a large flange on the transmission end cover, while the ZDY series motors have a small flange. The shaft extension is connected by a rectangular spline, which complies with the provisions of GB1144-77 "Rectangular Spline Connection".
