Product Overview:
ZPG series spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts is a drying equipment developed by absorbing foreign technology and suitable for traditional Chinese medicine products with low melting point and high sugar content, and has the characteristics of non sticking to the wall, non coking of materials, and non moisture absorption. The device determines the technological conditions of spray drying according to the characteristics and properties of the drying products. It is highly automated, easy to operate, and complies with GMP requirements. The successful development of this device has solved the technical difficulties that many Chinese medicine products with low melting point and high sugar content cannot be dried by spray for many years, and it is also a new development of the application technology research of spray drying in Chinese medicine pharmacy.
The ZPG series spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. This drying equipment is specially used to solve the problems of spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts and plant extracts. It effectively solves the problems of wall sticking, coking, low powder collection rate, low output, etc. that the original LPG series high-speed spray dryer had in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
Working Principle:
After passing through the air filter, the air enters the air heater. When the air heater reaches a given temperature, it enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction. The air, after being treated by the hot air distributor, enters the drying chamber uniformly and helically. At the same time, the material liquid is atomized into 20~60um droplets by the atomizer. When the droplets come into contact with the hot air, they quickly vaporize and dry into powder or granular products. The material is collected directly by a cyclone separator and transported by pneumatic conveying to the efficiency bin to complete the cooling and conveying of the material. The exhaust gas is discharged from the fan outlet through a water foam dust collector.

6. The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel material (or made entirely of stainless steel);
7. The material collection adopts a two-stage cyclone dust removal device, or a one-stage cyclone dust collector and a wet dust collector;
8. Automatic control and continuous device for inlet air temperature.
9. Equipped with gas scanning device.
