The sensor part of the ZQ-LZ metal tube rotor flowmeter can be made of stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti), molybdenum titanium (316, 316L), and lined with polytetrafluoroethylene materials. Special materials can also be used according to user requirements to adapt to flow measurement of corrosive fluids such as chlorine gas, salt water, hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, and sulfuric acid.
The YJF-YK-LZ metal tube rotor flowmeter adopts a variable area measurement principle and is used for continuous measurement of the volumetric flow rate of liquids and gases in closed pipelines. It has the characteristics of sturdy and reliable structure, wide temperature range, high accuracy, low price, and can be used for flow measurement in various occasions. This series is an on-site indicator type, with three installation forms: bottom in and top out, left in and right out, and bottom in and side out. It can be widely used for liquid and gas flow measurement in departments such as national defense, chemical industry, petroleum, metallurgy, power, environmental protection, medicine, and light industry.
The electric remote transmission metal tube float flowmeter outputs a standard current signal of 4-20mA, which can be used in conjunction with DDZ-II or DDZ-III electric unit combination instruments, or directly output to a computer system to participate in system monitoring. This instrument can be equipped with upper and lower limit alarms according to user needs.
1、 Measurement principle of metal tube rotor flowmeter:

The float of the ZQ-LZ metal tube rotor flowmeter is vertically installed inside the conical measuring tube. Due to the action of the fluid, it can move freely up and down in the conical tube. The outer diameter of the float and the annular area formed by the conical tube change with the position of the float. When the fluid flow rate stabilizes at a certain value, the float is also in a dynamic equilibrium state at a certain position, and the annular area between it and the conical tube remains constant. At this time, the float is subjected to three forces: the downward weight W of the float, the upward buoyancy F, and the dynamic force P of the fluid. These three forces reach equilibrium. According to the Bernoulli equation, force balance equation, and continuity theorem of fluid dynamics, the average instantaneous flow rate of fluid passing through the annular area can be calculated. |
