The whole machine is centrally controlled by PLC (two vector motor) and operated through a touch screen human-machine interface.

The traction control is driven by a vector variable frequency motor, which achieves constant linear speed control and effectively isolates the mutual influence between the tension of the winding and unwinding.

According to the winding diameter, cutting thickness, set tension and other parameters, the PLC calculates and outputs control signals to control the winding tension by controlling the friction pressure of the winding shaft.
The unwinding adopts hydraulic power for loading and unloading; The shaftless cylinder top sleeve device is suitable for workshops without cranes, which can save manpower and shorten loading and unloading time.
